Since March 2017, our company has designed and manufactured a 200,000-ton/year tubular radial methanol reactor for Xinjiang Tianzhi Chenye Chemical Co., LTD., a new type of reactor that overturns the traditional axial intake reaction mechanism and adopts the radial intake structure. This kind of subversive structure is very exquisite, high precision requirements, from design to manufacturing our company after several optimization, lasted nearly a year finally finished this difficult trial production task.
In July 2018, the installation and commissioning was completed, and the operation was a great success. All the indicators reached or even exceeded the expected target. The synthesis efficiency was more than 4 times that of the traditional reactor.
